Recommendations for buying local seafood on south and central island

Hello, during the first two weeks of July we'll be doing a roadtrip around the Spirit Loop, Highway 1 and and Highway 19 up to Campbell River. Are there good places, like wharfs, along the way to buy local seafood from the poeple who caught it? Particularly interested in oyster, mussels, and salmon... and also open to suggestions.

We'll be passing by communities such as Metchosin, Sooke, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan, Duncan, Chemainus, Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Fanny Bay, Courtenay, and Campbell River.

Thank you for any help!
