I have never in all my years heard of something like this. I encourage you to read this article, and perhaps let Mr. Doug Burgum know your feelings on this idea. I also might suggest passing this news article along to everyone you know who cares about our (not the current administration’s!!) National park system.

Raise awareness, raise hell, scream, write letters, call every elected official, etc. whatever you think is necessary. I don’t know about you but I don’t think Yosemite or any other national park roads should be used as a through fare for an exclusive retreat for the ultra wealthy.

There is already road access to this land, it’s long winding and I’m sure very beautiful drive. Let them enjoy the drive in their expensive cars.
