I've been using Nuvio for around a month now, and I've been loving it so far.

However, one thing that bugs me are the subtitles. When I was using Jellyfin, the subtitles matched the anime I was watching and overall looked great, however on Nuvio, it's the default white subtitle, no matter what series I'm watching. (EX. When I watched Eighty-Six on Jellyfin, the subtitles had a different font compared to Nuvio, which had the default one).

Is there a way to get the normal subtitles on Nuvio?

Watching through Prime Video right now and it has horrible quality, tried searching on Crunchyroll and Netflix and they don’t have it. Amazon has blurays for $300 which I don’t want to buy. Any idea?

I made a label on July 27th to the USA using tracked packet USA. It was a fairly small package around 1KG. The value was $20 CAD and it was labelled as a gift. I dropped it off yesterday and today when I woke up I see a charge on my credit card for $23.35? Immediately contacted support and the guy had no idea what he was talking about, saying it was customs fee (I dropped it off yesterday, it most likely didn't even reach the border yet, plus my item was declared as a gift and is worth $20 CAD).

Could anyone explain what's going on? Should I dispute? If I do will the package be destroyed?

Anyone else having the same issue? I can hear people talking/my PC fans running while having ANC on. I compared it on regular vs ANC mode and it's basically the same... I have conversation awareness off.
