So I downloaded the mod "Fleet Commander" yesterday, which It allows you to assign pilots to ship that you own, which will then follow you in space combat, anyway, so i assigned staff to the ship that I have following me, right now its only one because its based off the Ship Commander skill that you can get, and the staff that I had assigned to that other ship showed up on my ship when it was parked on the planet and my god, my face lit up like it was Christmas morning when I saw all them people in my ship and the smile I got when I called them for dinner and they all came and set and ate!!!!
