Ashlee Simpson's Saturday Night Live performance was anything but live. It was so embarrassing and then she had to blame her band for what happened because of her on stage.Her bandmates were smiling after she walked off the stage and they continued playing.

She also had the 2005 Orange Bowl performance of "La La" in January 2005, but this one takes the cake.Her career never recovered.

Who is a popular artist whose hype and popularity baffles you?

For me, its Shawn Mendes.He definitely seems like a nice guy but I don't understand why he was as big as he is/was other than because he was attractive but then there are a lot of attractive people who didn't make it big.Shawn is just a bland guy with a guitar singing generic songs.I just don't understand why he is popular.He doesn't have a good stage presence during his concerts either.

I was there too and had a great time.Maren was really good live. It was fun seeing her.I'm glad Cassadee Pope showed up(and thank God she wasn't drunk like she usually is).

I think they are fantastic musicians and seem like really nice people based on everything I've heard from them.Rush are considered one of the greatest rock bands of all time.

I would have loved to see them live with Neil Peart(Rest In Peace) but didn't have the money at the time.I have always regretted not seeing them live them.I know they just came back but its not the same with Neil.

My favorite albums are Moving Pictures and Subdivisions in their entirety.I also love the song Fly By Night.

I definitely think Red Pill Blues is there trainwreckord.The album cover is just snapchat filters, which is so cringe and What Lovers Do, a hit, but very annoying song.

This guy is so badass, a beast of a guitarist and so effortlessly cool and talented.Definitely among the best guitar players of all time for me personally.

His solo on the wing of the aircraft in the Rise Up music video was so cool.

I really like her 1998-2004 eras the most.Songs like Baby One More Time, Oops I Did It Again and Toxic are among my favorites.She was fun to follow artistically during that time.

She was a tomboy in 2002 and had so much success and this continued into 2004 with a darker and heavier era with a goth look.She then switched up and went all girly and pink.Many fans felt betrayed but she still had success.

With her 2011, her success really dwindled and tickets sales badly declined.She shifted more toward Japan and Asia in general and because she was older and more confident, she started wearing revealing outfits and was down to being in her underwear.But this reaction to this was even worse and most fans outside of Japan didn't like this.Japanese people loved it a lot but she alienated a lot of other fans in other countries.This was the Hello Kitty era and most people had lost interest in Avril by this point.She was desperate for relevance.

In 2019, her Christian era failed with Head Above Water and she had to go back to a Pop Punk sound in 2022 and only regained some relevance due to nostalgia.
