A distressing nighttime interdiction outside Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) highlights the aggressive deployment of plainclothes federal agents operating as a snatch squad in public transit hubs. A bystander, acting as an ad-hoc legal observer, recorded a tense scene in which four unidentified men surrounded a lone woman and effectively kidnapped her, forcing her into an unmarked transport vehicle.

The footage captures a chaotic abduction where the victim is visibly terrified, repeatedly asking for help and pleading for someone to call 911. She is physically corralled by four men wearing casual outerwear and backpacks, completely lacking any visible agency insignia or badges. When the citizen recording the encounter directly asks if the men are ICE, one of the agents confirms their affiliation. Pressed for their legal justification for the seizure, a masked agent briefly cites a vague "immigration violation".

Crucially, before the agents can close the van doors to finalize the kidnapping, the observer repeatedly asks the victim for her name to ensure she does not disappear into the detention system undocumented. Through the open door, she clearly shouts her name twice: Jing Zhao.

While the agents successfully executed the forced disappearance, the observer was able to capture vital accountability data. The camera operator attempts to identify the masked agent, who pulls his black face mask up further and states, "I don't have to identify myself to you". However, as the unmarked white Ford transit van pulls away, the observer tracks the vehicle's departure and documents U.S. Government Department of Homeland Security (DHS) license plates reading 381664

Los Angeles, California: The shift in tactical rapid extraction represents a calculated pivot from traditional investigative apprehensions to high-speed, militarized operations. Instead of standard warrants served by visible law enforcement, these units operate like a specialized domestic militia.

The core elements of this tactical shift include:

⚡ Shock & Velocity: Operations are compressed into hyper-short windows (under five minutes), engineered to snatch targets and clear the area before local mutual aid networks or legal observers can mobilize.

🛑 Synchronized Street Blockades: Deploying a multi-vehicle convoy (seven to eight vehicles) to instantly box in a target location, completely cutting off civilian movement and escape routes.

🕶️ Deliberate Anonymity: Striking teams abandon standard uniforms and transparency, wearing full combat kits, heavy plate carriers, and hiding their identities behind dark balaclavas, neck gaiters, and sunglasses.

🚫 Accountability Evasion: Widespread use of unmarked SUVs and vehicles operating entirely without standard front license plates or with deceptive tagging to deliberately sever the chain of post-raid tracking.

⚠️ Lethal Deterrence: Carrying AR-style tactical carbines equipped with suppressors and optical sights, maintaining low-ready stances in residential neighborhoods to intimidate residents and preempt physical intervention.

This approach shows that field units are actively anticipating community friction and are structuring their raids to physically dominate the street from the second they roll up.

I've not been a resident of Fridley for as long as many of you. But like many of you, I came here to build a life, a future with my Family.

It's caused me to think a lot about the future, about the world we will be building for our Children. I want that world to be one where we trust one another. A world where Newcomers to the Community are greeted with open arms and kindness.

Flock is not that. Where we could be spending our money uniting our Community and building it into something for everyone to trust in, we instead send it to unproven Tech Oligarchs to invade and spy on our Communities.

That spying is not without consequence. When the federal Invaders arrived to terrorize our state — in the name of scams, lawlessness, and racism — that very network was used to track and kidnap our Neighbors, as we know.

Our Children will look back on this moment with revulsion. Nauseated by the cowardice that led us to turn our guns inward. Nauseated by the squandering of our natural resources to build the data center and surveillance infrastructure — a monument to fear, voyeurism, and delusion.

We must not forget: This is much bigger than a few cameras spying creepily on Civilians. The surveillance state cannot exist without data centers. Every second these cameras are running, is another second spent sucking the Life out of our Planet.

You keep this up, and we're staring down more than a future without privacy. We are staring down the destruction of our future in entirety.

Does it comfort you to know that when the last drop of water is drained, when the weather gets so hot that your sweat can no longer keep you alive, and when electricity is so expensive that we can no longer afford to cool our homes — there will still be cameras pointing at the People that frighten you?

If my words offend you, remember that I warned you months ago, in this very room. You have had adequate time to change course and be the responsible Adults you were elected to be.

If you cannot see this situation for what it is, then you should not be anywhere near a position of power. We are better than this.

Spend our money on something the Community would actually benefit from. We should be enjoying our parks together and making Friends, not living in fear of one another.

I ask that you disarm these cameras.

Last night, Aug 8th, the Memphis Safe Task Force locked down Club Legend. They trapped everyone inside, checked every person's ID, and conducted widespread searches/stop-and-frisks on a crowd of Black patrons just trying to have fun.
