What you think I am like IRL?

So I was dreaming of this Raven named Morgan.

So basically, in this name I was touring around this old fish restaurant for sell or something and as I was walking. Two Owl fell from the sky and land next to me. I was scared but they were so cute. Then I said goodbye and kept walking, but a Raven landed on my shoulders. She had a vest on and a leash so they lost their owner. On the vest their name was Morgan. I took them in, my mum and grandma were furious with me. They hate Ravens but I have a strange connection to Ravens.
To make the rest of the story short, I tried finding their owner on Reddit. For some reason, when I took the picture for identification, they had long golden-brown hair and the face of a woman and bearded man’s face.
But then out of nowhere, my late grandfather walks in, and it was then first time he didn’t yell or was mad at me in my dreams.

The other time I dreamt of Ravens, the last time, was in a cage. I was really sick. So, I looked up the interpretation, it said they were healing me in my dream.

But this one was different. Because the Raven was free to move around but she belonged to someone

One time my family were in Church, well technically a Christian School Chapel/Auditorium, I didn’t want to stand up and pray with the people who didn’t share my beliefs and my town is mostly Republican so 100% I wouldn’t want to. However, my grandmother and my mother who were there next to me along with my uncle made me. Every time everyone got up to dance and sing, I would have to. I was literally forced to move and act like I was praying. I felt so alienated and like my beliefs are once again being pushed aside by my family because ‘it not what Jesus would do.’

Or maybe I wrong for feeling like I am being forced to love someone I don’t agree with. That’s like telling a Democrat to love Trump. It’s never going to happen because there’s a reason and we must accept that or someone trying to get back with their ex who already moved on.

But honestly, what do you think?

I was watching an episode of Blackish and one thing about the episode was almost all white jury was trialing a black person. Which breaks the idea of ‘a jury of your peers’

So are they still democratic in the end?

Actually I think that whole episode explains why the idea of undemocratic jury exists in America but I am asking because why not? The people on this sub have experience, something I don’t think Anthony Anderson can give me.

As a person trying to reconnect with my lost heritage. I would love to know if there is a Day of the Dead, Samhain, All Saints Day, or some other holiday where the living and once again be with who they love.

I am running myself to merge Pagan and Buddhist ways of life. But I would like to have more insight. One thing to take refuge in is the Sangha, in other words take advice from your community or fellow monks.
