I have some assets for artists I'm trying to master. I forgot to bring adapters for XLR so it was a speaker-air recording. Someone brought me them later so a second microphone recorder has a direct line in but it seems to have been hot as there's popping and other artifacts despite the higher end being more clear and present. The above statement I read when going through a tutorial.

I ain't gonna lie the twitch copy came out hot and crispy as FUCK. Girls bass was sooo fucking hard it killed it the woofer but she was mixing in her headphones and kept on vibing like nothing happen, man that shit was funny as fuck.

I had left a mic clipped to the tarp that was recording the artists assets and it was getting rolled up. I had borrowed wormhole security's Swisstec flashlight. It was place down on the ground for a second near the FOH on day 3 just after midnight. It was peach colored and about forearm length.

I owe it to security to buy them a new one if I can't find it.

After putting in my time of close to a decade a collective is likely going to be taking me onto the Media Team proper next year which will grant me the luxury of a steel barricade between the frenzied masses, my equipment, and the talent performing.

I've notice monopods don't get the respect tripods get. Day 3 was so wild they almost ratcheted my equipment right off the tripod head.

Other than High Reflective tape/LED strips/pigeon spikes: ¿What can be done to make a tripod look more 'aggressive' and "don't-fuck-with-me-able"?

I'm lucky most of the time during a 17 hour broadcast people treat that shit as holy as a cross but when the stage moves from the main stage to the secondary stage, the party gets wilder and the space gets smaller.

I've got the added difficulty of needing to operate on a feather-weight load out. QSC Sunpak 9700 is my UV tripod when I need to use my UV light and then my smallrig sits on a mono pod.

I'm trying to upgrade to a one click deploy solution which I know is going to be expensive, upwards of $600~ probably, although the payload is going to be rather light. A smallrig phone cage plus one or two batteries. When it's +1 it's a 48,000mAh 1~lb pounder. When it's two batteries its the former plus a Zitay 99Wh v-mount. I only need the latter to run the peltier cooler during day time sunrise-to-sunset streams, but I think this last paragraph deserves it's own post for equipment upgrade recommendation as this is specifically for how do I make my tripod look more intimidating? The level of respect you get from the masses is directly related to how expensive your equipment looks but not necessarily is.

I found the best way to clear the floor in front of the equipement is with my high powered UV lights. People posting right up in frame get out with the swiftness when their retinas start burning.
