specifically, I'm curious about the carat beauty devices and the beautech dryers. at first the sleek, silver look of these devices caught my eye, but then i have to ask, are they worth buying? will they last long? is there another brand any of you find better than refa to buy beauty devices from? will they last long? and are they a reputable brand?

this week, may nakita akong post of an essential worker na nangangarap magkaroon ng pandemic para sumahod siya ng malaki ulit. akala ko nag-iisang opinion lang niya yun, pero i was wrong because i overheard not one, but 3 conversations in public about hantavirus. the first conversations i heard were almost nostalgic memories about the pandemic, as if nami-miss nila: "naalala mo, nag-online workout pa tayo / kakamiss no?", but the weirdest take i heard was in a coffee shop: "uy malay mo maging influencer na ko pag nagpandemic ulit / tara ako rin / sana nga magpandemic na ulit" and i find it to be very, very disturbing. hindi ito opportunity para i-exploit mo para lang makakuha ka ng clout. kung sino ka man, shame on you.
