I'm trying to transition to more of a salt and pepper color. I'm naturally a level 1-2 with \~30% grey.

I was using permanent color to cover greys but have since stopped.

I've reached out to a few salons about adding some more grey to my hair. They all seem hesitant which I get. Going from level 1-2 to 9-10 is a lot. I know there is upkeep.

I thought olaplex helped preserve hair integrity while bleaching? My hair is pretty healthy. I stopped lightening it back in 2018.

Looks like a type of dermabrasion with a special solution. Just saw it randomly on Instagram while I look for local laser tattoo removal clinics.

I already made my decision and there is no going back. I will never at this point get the pieces I made based on how I reacted when she closed the door in my face.

A small business owner invited me and 2 other people, one being her brother, to a free pottery evening at her house.

This was 8 months ago. I inquired many times since about the finished pieces and she always blew me off. But, she was at the local trade show in April with one of the pieces I made. The audacity.

She told me at the time that the pieces would be ready in 2 weeks. This was 3 months ago.

I recently called her out on her new public post and she finally told me I could pick up the pieces. The problem? She was only giving me the pieces from the paid workshop she put on at the local college. Even then, when I picked up the pieces, it was only 2 of 3 that I made.

I inquired about the pieces from the evening at her house. For whatever reason, she got her brother involved and he told me I had to pay for them. I ignored him. He was also there for the free evening but it was at her house with her supplies.

When I went to pick up the pieces made at the college, I again inquired about the free pieces. I told her I knew a specific piece was done because she had it at the trade show.

She closed the door in my face.

I made a decision that will now result in me never seeing that piece or the other pieces I made again.

Her brother messaged my bf and accidently admitted that what I did was childish and also admitted the pottery was free. What a dumbass. My bf told him he wasn't getting involved.my bf has absolutely nothing to do with this.

I was warned my many, many people in town about her. She starts projects she can't finish, she is inconsistent and hard to work with. Now I know first hand. She has burned bridges with many people.

I don't know why she tried to get her brother involved. I am no longer friends with him but there was no animosity towards him til now.

I guess this is more of a rant.

They always just bag down and droop.

When I was 19 I had my wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon pointed out that I was tongue tied and offered to snip it. I consented to it. He said it wouldn't affected anything and that I'd be able to stick my tongue out, that's it.

I'm now 41 and I've ntocied that over the years my speech has changed. I'm constantly slurring my words and fumbling sentences.

Anyone have a hard time committing their shells to art projects? I rather have them loose in a pretty container than put them (for example) in transparent wax for a candle or glued to an item.

I was not, ever.

My parents were neglectful and abusive. I'm now 41 with very limited contact with them. They are too ignorant to change so I don't bother.

I feel like this might be a whole culture thing in the Caribbean. I see pages on ig of people that were neglected as children growing up.

I have a pair of luxe stretch legging jeans and they are garbage. Constantly slipping down even though they are my size and fit perfect. They don't wear well.

I know strigid is popular but they don't seem to come in skinny jeans
