Just for a moment, let us forget the Sony control over Spider-man film animation and the Marvel Animation department for a minute. For a moment. let us not mention that Princess Spider world that we once saw... it is a simple question what if Marvel allowed Disney and their iconic animation department to do a Spider-man story with Peter and MJ and their children?

What if the story of Spider-man was told with Disney iconic 2-d animation style in full?

Would anyone be willing to see something like this happen?

I know there are people who dislike the film and wanted a comic book accurate style movie, but when I think about the ending, I think of it as this...

In recent years of comics, it was stated that when Krypton went boom, that Supergirl was supposed to be the protector of Superman. However, fate had other plans, and we all know how that turned out.

When thinking about the relationship between the two cousins you cannot help but think that there is a bit of distance between them no matter how you view it and how close Superman wants to try to connect and understand with Supergirl given their unique situation.

When I think of the modern day Supergirl story alongside the continuity changes that DC made to make it work...you can see a girl once bright and full of love and hope just to lose it overtime and even gets jaded at the world around her. That and it's like she is so bombarded by references to her famous adult cousin that it's hard to escape his shadow and build the career that she wanted and maybe he thinks she needs to have.

Also consider this...yes Supergirl killed the villain at the end to fulfilling her promise to him after he hurt Krypto, a dog she loved and bonded with. Some didn't like that, but have one ever considered the idea that maybe she did it spare the innocent girl she was helping in the first place?

Like maybe she is broken and she doesn't want anyone else to suffer what she has?

Yes, it is a bit extreme but given that and, in the comics, how she was trained by Wonder Woman's people, it does make some sense that sometimes in order to protect those around you that you may have to kill. I mean was the villain going to redeem himself in Supergirl's eyes or not?

Also, the comic source material for the recent film as a whole is a bit all over the place in terms of its journey so it does make some sense why they kept it a bit simplified at times.

Anyway, for those who don't want to read this long-winded run let's just say that I think that Supergirl is like the unsung protector of the innocent. That she'll play by the rules most of the time, but sometimes goes a bit too far when it comes down to it.

At least that is what I am trying to say...

Apparently, Spider-man and his Amazing Friends have been renewed for a 7th season and they given us hints at the upcoming Halloween Special of the series...

Now all I cannot help, but wonder if the series will finally put the X-men into the upcoming season too.

Given her current rise in popularity it makes me wonder if Marvel is willing to let Magik be a star for an animated short or specials centered on her and her character ?

Would anyone watch it ?

I have to say that today’s episode of Rubble and crew was interesting to see. I mean it was really entertaining to see the two firefighters of both shows meeting and working together with Rubble and crew on this episode.

Also as usual Speedmister was a partial cause of the situation. Makes sense given his ego and need to be the hero.

Still overall it was a fun ride of an episode. I cannot wait to see what other plans are in motion for the next official crossover team up episode of Rubble and Crew.

Well um…I have to say I did not see that coming in this update. I mean you cannot scientifically beat a Black Hole, but still…kind of surprised me that this happened to the sweetest cookie that is all about honey.

Did anyone else consider this was the fate of that cookie when all was said and done ?

I mean we even briefly saw her in battle mode and it still backfired.

Was anyone surprised by this or not ?

Would anyone watch an animated television special that has Spider-man meeting Mickey and his friends at Disneyland and going up against the Sinister Six?

Just a simple question...especially given Disney owning the Television rights to Spider-man if I am right.

I have always felt that it was a missed opportunity of Marvel to not do a modern day story starring Captain America and the original comic book line up of the Avengers set in the 616 universe of the prime marvel universe.

Now I do not mean time displacement version the team or a kiddy version of the team.

What I meant was during the team incarnation during the post Avengers vs X-men era where Hulk was brought back on the roster. THAT incarnation of the original team members where the Wasp was brought back into the fold too.

Why did we as readers never got an actual chance to see the original line up of the Avengers in a modern era adventure and see how they works as a team and how they truly changed as individual characters.

As fans of the Avengers what do you think of this? Is this a missed opportunity or not ?

I have always had this feeling that Space Jam was the high point of the 90’s era of Looney Tunes and WB.

I mean think about where Wb was back in the day…the 90’s era of Steven Spielberg produce animated shows for WB, the Looney Tunes themed commercials of the 90’s with the characters and sport celebrities, the Wb network and its kids network, the Bugs Bunny and Tweety show on ABC and yes the Michael Jordan ride of the 90’s.

I know it is not beloved by hardcore fans of the Looney Tunes, but Space Jam had a soft spot in my heart and childhood for the entire film and how it treated the characters in it. That may also be my bias Nostalgia talking too.

Still, do any fans feel like that as well and think that Space Jam is the highest point of 90’s era Looney Tunes?

It is just a simple question that makes me wonder…WHY did marvel not focused on Luke Cage being mayor and how it changed his life and those around him?

We only seen glimpses of it via the Alias/Jessica Jones miniseries and even the death of Iron Fist, but nothing else.

Honestly, talk about a missed opportunity given we had stories about Tony Stark Running S.H.I.E.L.D, but not Luke being mayor and how it changed him and those around him ?

Would anyone be interested in something like that especially given Marvel’s history of status quo changes and such?

If we gotten a new Lego Marvel game again by tt games, then what besides the infinity saga would it be about?

As the previous ones already covered Dr. doom, galactus, and Kang the Conqueror as main villains. We already seen most of Marvel’s iconic villains in the games before…so what else can make it more new ?

We have seen Hulk being exiled from other heroes and Earth as a whole in various other media outside of its comic book origins, but as fans of the Hulk which media did the idea of Hulk being exiled the best?

We know the Hulk originally got exiled due to his destructive behavior, but what about the likes of The THING or Wolverine or even enemies like the Abomination?

They also have a body count as well. At times similar to the HULK too...So Shouldn't they be exiled away from humanity for their destructive behavior too?

As Hulk fans....what do you think of this?

According to the upcoming episodes of the series, we are getting another Marshall Team up with Rubble and Crew somewhere in the future.

This is going to be interesting and a great chance to see if Marshall will meet Fire Captain Catawi in the episode.

I have to say it's a bit timely given the upcoming Paw Patrol movie and its focus on Marshall.

Anyone else excited by this news of new episodes?

I can’t be the only one who thinks that The Necrodancer series should crossover with the Shantae series by now right ?

Especially, considering the rhythm of both respective video games.
