How will American film studios pass off MTL, Toronto, and Vancouver as New York/Seattle now that we're getting Chinese EVs? Will they try to CG the BYDs to look like USDM vehicles or leave them there and hope US automakers won't protest?

I know a lot of products will close off roads to put cars with American plates, but there are also times when they just film the streets with little to no modifications.

I'm a Canadian who loves to visit the US and I plan on buying a Chinese EV when they arrive. I really don't want to be barred from the country just because I'm driving a space age car that the big 3 are salty about. I've always loved visiting the US in the past and I've had tons of fun every time I went, even as recently as NYC early this year. Is there any hope of this bill dying?
