Like you are probably gonna die, you end up littering and harming the environment immensely, you spend so much money. You could travel to so many places for the sheer amount of money you spend just to climb the mountain. I don’t understand why you would choose to do that
I thought that you just fell asleep not that you had to like actively try to fall asleep like I thought you just laid down and then you fell asleep. No, you have to lay down and like sleep like you think about sleeping first like laying down doesn’t just make you go to sleep. This is life-changing information.
Holy shit I got prescribed meds for the first time and took them today and oh my gosh I was so productive I deep cleaned my fridge & my car & my room. I finally read the book I’ve been trying to read. I genuinely can’t believe how much easier everything was I didn’t just try to do a task and sit there and dissociate.
I feel like I can function like a normal person all the things I thought was me just being lazy are like fixed ??? Perhaps I am not just lazy just like untreated and like I’ve done a bunch of therapy and such over the years but nothing was as affective as this it’s like magic I swear.
Kinda just the title. I suppress my accent actively constantly and have for years because it just makes me embarrassed I feel like it’s so dramatic and I feel like such an attention seeker and pick me. I was just wondering if anyone else felt similarly.
