Landlord trying move in a random person during a person's lease

The lady clarified she has been paying rent & security deposit upfront, but the Owner isn't countersigning the lease. The owner leaves her on seen when she messages. The owner doesn't deny the lady from entering the rental home. Also there's repairs that need to be done urgently but the owner keeps leaving her on seen.

I know they are more midschool, but is there info on haro mirra (especially 540 airs) pre 2001?

I want to know value by condition, location, year, color. And what color parts go to what color frame and year. It seems 2000 is golf ball sprocket and gyro tabs, and yellow and chrome are red brake stuff and the more sharpe angled bars? Im also confused with most stickers being red but some blue.

Im trying to deside which mirra to buy so any info will help. Looking at very good condition yellow 99, good chrome 2000, not so good green 2000, not so good chrome.

Is it a good bike and what is it worth?

And what size and what bike would be good for a 9.5 year old? I like low standover like trek precaliber. Is 20 inch/20-21tt too small? Because its pretty much adult bmx size and he more rides around anyway. His bike now us 20 wheels/18 tt but bmx style. Does it matter when its a mtb vs bmx? what bikes should keep an eye out for 2nd hand? i considered the ozt fs, is it a bad bike?
