I’ve witnessed a lot of videos where they go outside of the norm to create a unique and cool look and get told that their looks are outdated . “ too much of this and too much of that.” It’s like dam if you do and dam if you don’t moment ya know ? I think they know that a cool and innovative look isn’t going to bring in the views and commentary they want. So even if they want to create something cool they don’t .
Kylie Jenner tried to recreate her 2016 looks with the pink hair and unique makeup and people were calling her a wash out has been and I’ve seen influencers get negative comments . I personally love people going against the grain with makeup but idk why people don’t like it these days

You can’t even wear eyeliner without people going “ omg too much eyeliner. That ages you.” Even the whole point of an alternative look is heaps of eyeliner

My friend is in town from another state and couldn’t get a hotel . Hotels are too expensive so I told her she could stay with me and her 4 kids . She’s supposed to be staying with me for a week She is pretty nice and sweet . I’ve never had an issue with her. It’s the loudness of the kids interrupting my sleep on work nights . I need to be well rested on 8+ hours of sleep so I can be functional at work . For 3 days I’ve felt like a zombie . I’ve been operating on 4/5 hours of sleep for 3 days because I cannot sleep through noise and I’ve been exhausted at work . Even with white noise I can hear the music playing, the loud foot steps, the tv is blasting . I don’t want to be mean so i told her if she could please tell her kids . I don’t understand why it sounds like an earth quake while someone is walking . Like why are the food steps that loud . And also the kids constantly talking . I need peace and quiet in order to sleep . Idk what to do at this point. . Her kids are 15, 12, and 17 so they should be old enough to know you have to be considerate of other people when they sleep or maybe they just don’t care

I ran out of regular chili powder but have chipotle powder . Will the taste be off ? Has anyone tried making chili with chipotle instead ?

My coworker has a bad attitude every time I see her and she gossips about everybody . I feel so uncomfortable around her because of her behavior I over heard her talking bad about one of the servers and the server is only like 16 years old. She should be ashamed of herself for being 40 and gossiping about a young girl that’s probably new to the work force and nervous about it being her first job . So far I’ve heard her gossip about like 4 people and it made me so uncomfortable . My coworker told the young server girl “ doesn’t matter if you get off at 6pm and you’re clocked out you need to finish all your work before you leave . I don’t get to leave my work for other people to do just because I’m clocked out. You need to finish wiping down the tables.” And i stepped in and was like “ now hold on you’re telling her she needs to work off the clock. Now that’s illegal for her to continue working when her shift ends at 6. That’s not right at all.” And the 16 year old apologized and said she would continue working off the clock and I was like “ don’t aplogize for anything and don’t let her bully you or tell you what to do. She’s not the manager. If the manager said you could go then you could go. Then our manager stepped in and told the girl she could leave because she doesn’t want her working off the clock for free .

I don’t know if this woman is going through something in her personal life but it rubs me the wrong way to see her talk to young girls like this who probably don’t have much experience and the poor girl kept apologizing . I was like girl do not apologize it’s not your fault . Do what the manager says not her

Our manager is actually very sweet . It’s the mean coworker that is the problem .

I’ve only met one Capricorn that didn’t judge me for having fun but every Capricorn man looked at me like I had 5 eyes whenever I wanted to enjoy myself and be goofy . I’m the type of person that likes to dance in the kitchen with my partner and they just stood there and judged me the entire time . They are handsome and well dressed and smart but I don’t know if I could date somebody like that despite all the other great qualities . To be seen is to be loved in my opinion .
