In this AU Mitsuki is a trans girl who has to boymode at school. Aya sits next to her but doesn't really know her, until one day some kind of circumstance forces them to interact and Aya starts to develop feelings for her, which is weird for her because she's not usually interested in guys, same way it happened in the original.

I want modpacks that don't entirely reinvent the game and still keep Minecraft there without using it as a glorified game engine. I hate tech mods like create, and yes, I hate gregtech too.

[Desktop] I made r/YahwehEats about a day ago and tried to set the subreddit icon to a picture of a cat with a spread of cash and two guns in front of it, it is the very first post on the subreddit as well if you want to know what the picture is as well. I set it and made sure to apply the changes, multiple times. It is STILL a default icon.

Did anyone else, when first playing, just head straight to the basement and exterminate the rats? I mean, I hear "rat problem" and think she wants to get rid of them. I head upstairs to Arvena and she's just sobbing about her rats dying.

It's not gatekeeping, its more like all discussion is just people already experienced and knowledgeable talking about shit that goes WAY over my head and I need to have five tabs in two windows open to figure out what's going on. It's a feeling I've had before, when I first joined some Gunpla communities and all discussion looks like "Kitbashing my Ver.Ka with MGSD and spare polycaps" and as a total noob it just goes right over my head. In that case, it was all stuff I got easily through simply existing there, but here a lot of what we're doing is deep research of historical documents, many of which are unique and the sole survivors of the culture we're trying to revive.

We all universally agree that the fucking Pacific Rim looking mech was ridiculous, right? If they were gonna do mechs I could believe Gundam scale mechs, which are about 18-20 meters, or powered armor like the humans had in Avatar (the blue alien one) a lot more than this thing that towers over almost every building in Republic City. This is set in 1920s America technology wise, why do they have MECHS? Spirit vine energy can excuse some stuff, which is why I said smaller scale mecha suits could be more believable, but the physics of this thing being able to walk just isn't believable to me, especially not with the technology they had.

Now, if they had to do the spirit cannon thing, they needed something BIG to put it on. They had originally done a train, which is very believable and based on a real weapon, but was obviously limited.

If they wanted to get the gun directly to Republic City, and have it mounted to a massive vehicle to stage the whole boarding and sabotage plot in, there is a great solution which has been well established since the original show.

Airships.

Come on, just take the existing airships we have in Korra, scale one WAY up, and slap the gun on. Give it an escort fleet to make the threat a little more serious and let the Republic City forces do something, and you've got a far more believable final battle here.

Christians and their various sects have the simple cross, all forms of Judaism have the Star of David, but unlike those religions Paganism is an umbrella term for various religions with roots in various cultures across all of history and the whole world. Is there one symbol that all pagans universally use?

Tried asking r/atheism and got reminded why that subreddit is so hated, so I wanted to try my hand with a calmer more receptive lot.

I considered myself an atheist leaning agnostic for a long time, after waking up from the Jehovahs Witness religion while somewhat young. I always found Paganism and Heathenry to be very interesting and respected their followers a lot more than those of Judeo Christian religions, as they were going against the mainstream of Western religion like I was. Recently, I've found that its also more receptive to bouncing my beliefs off of and has me questioning things a bit.

I wanted to ask agnostics their thoughts on Paganism and polytheistic religions as a whole, as many of the issues with Christianity are resolved by them, both in the beliefs system and the practices.

I haven't watched Wendigoon in a while, but I recently saw a video from Wendigang, which I know is some kinda second channel of his, calling the Killdozer an unreasonable reaction from a reasonable man or something.

I know Wendigoon is a right leaning guy, based on his associations (associations that made me want to stop watching him) but to defend Marvin Heemeyer? Other people who are much smarter than me and more articulate have explained in the past so I'll let you go find them instead of doing it here, but the dude was not reasonable. He was dumping his junk wherever he want and started bitching when the city told him to get his act together.

I cannot believe Wendigoon would genuinely defend this guys actions. As I said, I know he is a more conservative leaning guy. I have no problem with this, I stopped watching him because he's pals with people who go beyond being a run of the mill conservative but I hold nothing against the man himself. Defending the Killdozer in any way tells me he's decided to lean into the grift, despite having always kept politics out of his videos in the past, even when covering deeply political topics.
