My family has a 100×150 ft (~15,000 sq ft) plot on a main road (not a highway) in a semi-rural area in Chhattisgarh. There’s decent local movement (bikes, cars, some trucks), but very limited food/stop options nearby.

We’re considering a dhaba/tea-snacks setup, but I want to explore better or more profitable combinations.

Constraints:

• moderate maintenance
• Should generate steady and daily income
• Nothing too technical or high-skill

also, pls tell me is a dhaba still the best base, or are there better alternatives here?

What combinations (2–3 small businesses together) make the most sense?
