I just started a new job and one of the girls at work shared something with me that made me worry about her. She is a teenager and I know that can be such a difficult time for some girls. I have a personality that people trust me and share details about their lives with me. She told me she had been having a really hard time lately and had been self harming and thinking about unaliving herself. I don't have any experience with this and don't want to break her trust on this so I don't want to automatically send help but also if she did unalive herself and I hadn't done anything about that, I could not live with myself. What would you do here?

I was giving blood this morning and some guy came in with a dog and a shit eating grin on his face. This is a clean environment and nobody wants a dog somewhere like this. What is with dog owners having a false sense of entitlement?
