[Android] [$0.99 → Free Lifetime] Showgest: Films & Watchlist

Showgest: Films & Watchlist.

- Android
- $0.99 → Free Lifetime
- Play Store Link
- Open to feedbacks

I got frustrated with every film discovery app requiring an account and tracking your behaviour just to tell you what to watch. So I built Showgest, swipe vertically through film posters like a reel, add to your watchlist, done. No sign-up, no personal data collected, works immediately out of the box.

What it does:

  • TikTok-style vertical swipe to discover films.
  • Watchlist with export, import, backup, tracking and notification.
  • Daily or weekly push notifications on what to watch.
  • Anonymous by default, no account ever required

EDIT: It is 100% free and open. No code needed.

[iOS/Mac] [$39.99 → Lifetime FREE ] dpli - Generative focus noise for ADHD brains. (Until July 5th)!

https://preview.redd.it/st439v0tos9h1.png?width=2542&format=png&auto=webp&s=e152d3f413133ca411d2b32d9ced8602750df729

Hey Reddit!

I'm the developer of dpli, a focus noise instrument engineered specifically for restless, neurodivergent minds.

The Backstory: I built this app for my ADHD son who is homeschooled. Traditional noise apps worked for him initially, but standard, looping MP3 files gave him severe headaches during long study sessions.

After diving deep into scientific research, I built dpli to solve this.

👉 App Store Link: https://apps.apple.com/pl/app/adhd-focus-noise-app-dpli/id6760627418

🧠 Why dpli is different:

  • Zero Loops, Zero MP3s: Every soundwave is mathematically synthesized in real-time directly on your device. The sound never repeats, meaning your ADHD brain has nothing to latch onto, completely preventing neural adaptation.
  • Spatial Shielding (HRTF): Sounds are carefully modulated and placed in a 3D space around you. This externalizes the sound, creating an immersive acoustic barrier that cuts off distractions without tiring your brain and prevent headaches and discomfort.
  • Tailored Presets for Any Occasion: Features unique presets (like SHIELD or FLOW) that blend different noise colors with dynamic spatial movements. This creates a fully immersive audio scene designed to completely seal you off from your environment and lock in your focus.
  • Tuned Noise Colors: Includes Brown noise (the ADHD gold standard), Pink, White.
  • 100% Offline & Privacy-First: No tracking, no data collection, no accounts. Runs natively and efficiently across iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch.

🎁 How to get Lifetime Access for FREE (Offer valid until July 5th):

  1. Upvote this post.
  2. Leave a comment below letting me know you want access.

I will personally DM a lifetime promo code to everyone who replies!

As an indie dad-developer, all I ask in return is that if dpli helps you lock into hyperfocus, please leave a quick review on the App Store. It means the world to us!

[iOS] [Free] udictio: a social app shaped like a dictionary

Product: udictio
Platform: iOS (Android coming later)
Price: Free, no ads, no paywall
Deal duration: Free permanently, the core app is free for everyone, always
How to claim: just download from the App Store, no code or payment needed
Feedback required: no, but genuinely appreciated
Expiration: none
Limits: none

I have been building udictio for about two years, and it launched on the App Store last week.

The short version: every social app turned into a feed optimized to keep you scrolling, ranked by an algorithm, measured in followers. I wanted the opposite, so I built something shaped like a dictionary instead.

What udictio does:

  • Every topic, a song, a movie, a place, a person, a feeling like "loneliness" or "biggest regret", gets one page, and anyone adds their take to it
  • Read what real people actually think about something, all in one place, instead of scattered across a feed
  • On-device Apple Intelligence summaries (iOS 26 Foundation Models, nothing leaves the phone)
  • Native translation, read any entry in your own language
  • Follow topics or people, get notified on new entries
  • Entries support text, links, and images
  • Built with native Liquid Glass throughout

Free. No ads. No paywall. No follower counts, no algorithm deciding what you see, no real names required. The whole thing is free and that's not changing the core experience.

It's iOS-only for now.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/udictio-social-media-forum/id6736536592

All feedback welcome, bugs, ideas, roasts. I'm a solo dev and I read everything. Happy to talk about the on-device implementation if anyone's curious.

[iOS] [$9.99 → Free Lifetime] FrameTwin: Record Portrait + Landscape Video in One Take

UPDATE June 30: The free giveaway window ended on June 27, 2026. At the time of the giveaway, FrameTwin’s normal App Store price was $9.99. After the giveaway ended, I lowered the regular price to $4.99, so the app may now show $4.99 or the local equivalent depending on your region. Thanks to everyone who tried it and shared feedback.

Hi everyone,

I’m the indie developer of FrameTwin, an iPhone camera app for creators who need both vertical and horizontal video from the same moment.

Instead of choosing between 16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 for TikTok/Reels/Shorts before recording, FrameTwin captures both formats from one take.

I just released version 1.0.8, which adds a new first-run onboarding flow and clearer in-app tips based on early feedback. The goal is to make the dual-format workflow easier to understand before you start recording.

Giveaway details:

Product name: FrameTwin

Platform: iOS

Normal price: $9.99

Current deal: Free lifetime download

Deal duration: Free through June 27, 2026

Claim link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/frametwin-dual-format-camera/id6770244846

Feedback required: No, but honest feedback is very welcome

Expiration date: June 27, 2026

Limits: No promo codes needed. The App Store price is set to free during the giveaway window.

What it’s useful for:

- Recording one take for both YouTube and vertical social platforms

- Capturing moments that are hard to repeat

- Solo creators, UGC creators, small teams, event clips, and behind-the-scenes content

- Keeping original recordings local on your device unless you choose to export or share

Version 1.0.8 also includes preflight guidance before recording, recording risk checks, Result Health after capture, and a Recovery Inbox for interrupted saves.

If the App Store still shows the paid price in your region, please check again shortly while the price update refreshes globally.

I’d really appreciate feedback on whether the onboarding explains the 16:9 + 9:16 workflow clearly enough, and what would make the app more useful for real creator workflows.

[Android] [Free - Open Source & BYOK] Binot: AI Voice Recorder & Transcription

I just finished building Binot, an open-source Android app that turns your voice into structured, beautiful notes, and it's built with Material 3 Expressive from the ground up.

I built this simply because I wanted to. I had an idea — what if I could just speak my thoughts, and have them come out clean, organized, and ready to use? I kept coding until it worked.

What it does?

You speak. Binot thinks. You get notes.

  • It handles three things after you record: tidy up your transcript, summarize it, or run a deep analysis — your choice. Output comes out as clean bullet points or flowing paragraphs, whichever fits your mood. Math and physics people will love this: say "integral" or "squared" out loud and it automatically renders proper LaTeX notation.

Two recording modes, built for different needs

  • Fast Mode, transcribes on-the-spot using your phone's built-in speech engine or Google Speech. Nothing gets saved to disk — pure speed, zero footprint.
  • Accurate Mode, records your audio with full fidelity. When you're done, you decide — hit save and the audio is stored safely on your device, then transcribed through Gemini or Groq. Don't want to keep it? Just discard. Nothing lingers without your permission.

Your AI, your keys

  • Binot supports both Gemini and Groq. Plug in your own API key in settings — it never leaves your phone, no server ever sees it.

Everything stays on your device

  • All notes live in a local Room Database with JSON backup support. No cloud dependency, no account required.

Built with Material 3 Expressive

  • The UI follows M3 Expressive principles — springy animations that respond to your touch, shape-morphing buttons, and dynamic color theming that adapts to your wallpaper. It's designed to *feel* alive, not just look good.

Tech Stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Retrofit 2, Room

[macOS] [$0 → Free Lifetime] Sliver: For When You're Waiting for That AI Response

Product: Sliver — PiP for Multitasking

Platform: macOS

Normal Price: Free (indie project)

Deal: Free Lifetime — no payment, no catch

Link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6779776690

Feedback required: Not required, but genuinely appreciated

Expiration: No expiration

Limits: None

---

I built Sliver because every time I opened YouTube or a reference page, the browser took over too much of my screen. I just wanted it there, not everywhere.

Sliver turns any website into a minimal, always-on-top floating window — perfect for watching YouTube while you work, or catching up on a live stream while waiting for that AI response to load.

What makes it useful:

- Bookmark sites and assign ⌥0~⌥9 shortcuts — opens instantly from anywhere on your Mac

- ⌥Space sends all Slivers to the back. Hit again and they're all back.

- Persistent login sessions, mobile/desktop view toggle, always-on-top pin.

v1.0 indie project. Every piece of feedback shapes what comes next. 🙏

[iOS] [$199 → Free Lifetime] Basil: Private & Secure AI Record, Transcribe and Summarize

UPDATE (Thursday 9AM PT): I have just added 1,000 more to the promo link below. Please try the link again if you were too late yesterday. 1,000 were redeemed yesterday. I hope we get another redeemed 1,000 today!

REMEMBER: If you like the app, please consider giving it a 5 star review in the app store. If you don't like, it post here what I could do better! Thank you.

Basil -- Private & secure note taker with automated summaries and TODOs.

I launched Basil here on Reddit 6 months ago and got great feedback from the community. I've added a lot of features since then and want to thank the community. Thank you!

Free lifetime link below.

What is it? Basil is a full featured, on-device only meeting recording, transcribing and summarization. Record a live meeting or upload an existing audio/video file. Features multiple passes to get best quality. During a live meeting Basil uses a fast and small model to keep up and give you a live transcription. Post meeting, Basil reruns the entire transcription and summarization using a more powerful model. Everything stays on device.

Compared to similar tools like Otter or Granola: Otter and Granola both send your conversation off your device — Otter sends the audio, Granola sends the transcript. Basil sends nothing. For anything confidential — legal, medical, financial, M&A — it's the only one where the data physically cannot leak. Also, much better pricing : $9.99/mo vs Otter ~$17 and Granola $14–35/user.

With Basil everything — audio, transcript, summary — runs locally on your device never touches a server. That makes it HIPAA/GDPR compliant by architecture (no sub-processors, no server-side database to breach, works fully offline) rather than by policy.

FREE Lifetime to r/WebSoftGiveaway users: CLICK HERE TO REDEEM IN IOS APP STORE

  • Code expires 6/30/2026
  • I've seeded 1,000 codes on 6/24/26. And another 1,000 on 6/25.

Like it? Please review it on the App Store. Or, send me feedback! Thank you.

[iOS] [3.99 → Free] Avenly — trip planner (day-by-day itineraries, maps, iCloud sharing, Markdown export for AI) — Free for the next 10 hours

I built an itinerary planner — looking for honest feedback

The travel planning apps I kept finding were expensive, and they were trying to do too much.

So I built Avenly — get a day-by-day itinerary you can edit and take offline.

It also has an easy way to export your trip in markdown (basically, just structured text) so that you can share it with your favorite AI (if you have one) without having to pay an additional AI price, or having to explain your preferences to yet another agent.

Our model is a 7-day free trial, then a one time payment to unlock forever. No subscriptions.

You can always view your existing trips (or trips that are shared with you) forever, free.

I'd love to get feedback if you try it - the app is completely free forever for early users that download today.

[macOS, iOS] Update: Free Safari Extension / Bulk import support is now live for Stasht App

Quick update from my last Stasht post here. TLDR; I didn't need another app to save everything. I needed one to find the stuff I saved later at the right time - so i built Stasht.

On that post and via DMs a few people asked about Safari support, and it’s now live!

If you’re already using Stasht on iPhone, update the iOS app first. Then you can enable the Safari extension here:

  1. Open Settings > Go to Apps > Tap Safari > Tap Extensions > Tap Stasht > Turn it on > Set website access to allow it where you want to save from
  2. On older iOS versions, it may be under Settings > Safari > Extensions.

Once it’s enabled, you can save directly from Safari while browsing Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, articles, recipes, products, restaurants, events, or basically any webpage you want to find later.

This was actually pretty fun to see what I assumed was only desktop functionality work on mobile, so thank you all for opening my eyes!

https://reddit.com/link/1udysxd/video/nisuo87nf49h1/player

Here's a video of the workflow to bulk-import from Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. you can choose the stuff to import before you do it. It all gets automatically tagged by source, original collection/folder name, and put in a collection automatically. The idea is still the same: save the thing, let Stasht organize it, and actually find it again later. you can also just use it for URLs you want to remember later, but its primary focus is social media (saving recipes, restaurants, whatever from social media directly to stasht app via the share sheet is still the ideal workflow, but this lets you do it in bulk).

Stasht is still free for this sub.

iOS (6 6.0.1): https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stasht-app-saves-that-work/id6756032175

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.stasht

Chrome Extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/stasht/pnmkndkigheholgjnjklmaahpfanhcdg

Safari Extension: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stasht-app-for-safari/id6780505483?mt=12

Website: https://stasht.app/

Thanks again to everyone who tried it from the first post. The comments there directly shaped this, so if you try the Safari extension and something feels clunky, I’d genuinely love to know.

Piply - Unlimited Domino Logic Puzzles

Transparency: I’m Eric, an indie developer building apps under Snapshotz Development.
Website: https://snapshotzdev.com/piply/Privacy Policy: https://snapshotzdev.com/piply/privacy-policyTerms of Use: https://snapshotzdev.com/piply/terms-of-use

A - Answer
I built Piply, a domino-based logic puzzle game inspired by NYT Pips. Your goal is to place dominoes on the board to satisfy a set of logic constraints.

B - Better
I built Piply because I loved NYT Pips, but wanted more than just the daily puzzle.

Piply includes:

  • Unlimited levels
  • Difficulty that adapts as you improve
  • Daily puzzles
  • Offline play

The levels are auto generated, then run through a solver that determines their difficulty (how long and how many “wrong paths” there are), then queued up or discarded based on the “difficulty score” of the user. If you easily solve the first few levels, they will keep getting harder and harder.

I'm currently working on adding leaderboards, but I'd love to hear any other ideas for features or improvements!

C - Cost

I built FaceGate — World's first macOS app locker with on-device Face Unlock (Open Source)

If you hand your laptop to someone for a few minutes, they can still open Messages, Photos, Notes, Mail, WhatsApp, browsers, password managers, and other personal apps. I wanted a way to protect specific applications without constantly locking my entire Mac.

I looked around for solutions, but most were outdated, paid, abandoned, or didn't feel native to macOS.

So I built FaceGate.

FaceGate is a native macOS app that lets you lock individual applications and unlock them using Face Unlock, Touch ID, or a password.

A few things I focused on from day one:

  • Everything runs locally on your Mac
  • No cloud processing
  • No accounts
  • No telemetry
  • No subscriptions
  • Fully open source

Features:

• Face Unlock powered entirely on-device using Apple's Neural Engine - little impact on cpu and gpu resources.
• Fast authentication with very low memory and CPU usage
• Liveness detection to prevent photo and video spoofing attacks
• Touch ID and password fallback
• Per-app unlock timers
• Automatic re-lock on sleep, wake, or screen lock
• Custom schedules for automatic lock/unlock periods
• Tamper protection that prevents FaceGate from being quit, disabled, or uninstalled without authentication
• Runs quietly from the menu bar with minimal system impact.

The entire project is written in Swift and designed specifically for macOS.

This is still actively being developed, and I'd genuinely love feedback from Mac users.

Some questions:

  • Is app-level locking something you've wanted on macOS?
  • Which apps would you personally lock?
  • What security or privacy features would you like to see added?

Website: https://facegate-applocker.vercel.app/

GitHub: https://github.com/dweep-desai/FaceGate-Mac

If you think I did a good job, please feel free to leave a star on my github repo - means a lot to me.

Feedback, feature requests, bug reports, and contributions are all welcome. I'd love to hear what you think.

[Android] [Free lifetime] Lifetrack - Habit tracker

Hi guys, indie developer here.
Yes that's another one habit tracker, but I tried to make it simple, very flexible and visual. I use it daily for myself.
Almost 2 years of hobby development, free/no ads/no server and analytics (fully private)
But I fell that the app lacks something critical as I have got around 400 daily users but with around 80 downloads per day, almost everyone is deleting it.
So is it bad design/ux , feature lack, complexity or what? I am trying to get the feedback, so would be happy for any help. Thanks everyone in advance
