It is ridiculous that there is no direct/near-direct route from Amherst/Williamsville to downtown for anyone riding a bike. It would seem like a great opportunity to build out something that would be well utilized. Its a pretty populated area, its flat as a pancake, etc etc.
To ride in from Snyder to work I need to meander through various paths and off major roads to get it. A 7 mile direct route is 10.5 miles by the end of the circuitous route. I respect GOBike and all that, but we need some results.

What is wrong with this company - driver "can't locate" my address
- Was expecting shipment from big-box retailer yesterday.
- Got a "Incorrect address - Street number" notification on my tracking updates around 12PM. Been here 20 years and have never had this happen.
- FedEx calls soon after to verify my address - call rep barely speaks English and tries to rush me off the phone, but I ask her if she could put a note with a description of my building for the driver - she reluctantly jots down what I tell her and hangs up on me.
- Last night the tracking changes to "Shipment exception Cannot locate recipient" - which I'm assuming means the driver either tried and failed again to deliver that night, or the call rep didn't confirm my info.
- Notification says it'll be delivered today, but a big red box says "additional delivery information is needed from the recipient" and it never went out for delivery
It's only like $20 worth of stuff that was sent from the other side of my town a couple days ago. Meanwhile, the other part of my order from the same retailer was sent UPS and arrived without an issue.
Driver incompetence? Call rep incompetence? Who do I blame here?
