I just received an original Michael Jackson Thriller vinyl from eBay, and it’s easily one of the roughest-condition records I’ve seen. I’m keeping it as a display piece, but the listing was incredibly misleading.

The listing marked the record as “used,” which is a standard condition option on eBay, but the actual description only listed the title of the record and didn’t mention any of the damage. The listing photos didn’t even show the vinyl. I had to message the seller, and they sent one basic photo that didn’t clearly show the scratches or overall condition.

I know I could have asked more questions about the condition before buying, but I feel sellers should be more specific about what they’re selling and disclose major damage upfront. When you’re selling something, you should clearly explain its condition so buyers know what they’re actually getting.

When it arrived, the paper sleeve had stains and obvious cup rings that were never shown, and the vinyl itself is heavily scratched. I know used records won’t be perfect, but major flaws should be clearly described and shown in the photos.

I’m just looking for people who can create shirts at no cost. We can make shirts based on IRL designs, collaborations, original ideas, etc. I don’t want to be one of those lame shops that just knocks off other people’s designs. There might be some similarities here and there, but I want us to actually make our own stuff.
