The officers are Nicholas Ryan Lapointe and Christopher John Semler.

From MS NOW’s description: Masked ICE officers. Two John Does. One lawsuit. ~:~ Robert Peck says the officers threatened him with arrest as he documented their activity in Maine. Now, a court filing identifies them by name. DHS told MS NOW in a statement that “ICE stresses integrity and ethical behavior, and the vast majority of ICE employees perform their duties with professionalism and honor.” ~:~ The allegations remain unresolved. But the officers are no longer anonymous.
