To me, I just don’t think Gil fits Uma pirate crew in Descendants.

The reason I say this is simply because he’s not a pirate or ocean theme character like Uma or Harry.

I could easily see how Harry fit into Uma story. But Gil, no.

Gaston was never a pirate or ocean theme character either.

They could’ve given John Silver from Treasure Planet or Zarina from Tinker Bell a child to fit the crew.

And look, I am not saying Gill is a bad character. He is a decent comedy relief character, but I just don’t think he fits the pirate theme.

We have seen so many celebrities appear in soap soap operas, such as Richard Simmons, Elizabeth Taylor, Betty White, Dick Van Dyke, cast members of CBS reality shows (Big Brother, Survivor, etc), and so many more.

John Oliver as Agent Z has to be one of the best stunt casting within a soap. I could tell that the man is taking the job seriously and having fun with the campiness of the soap opera genre.

Not many people would be willing to do that. Some people just care about the money and go on with their life.

John Oliver seems to be a real soap opera fan that knows Soap history.

And the writers created an interesting storyline that influence characters like Joslyn Jacks and so many others. I appreciate that.

I have been somewhat entertained with the fights between Brooke and Katie and the story with RJ, Electra, and Will. It’s not perfect, but at least the writers are somewhat trying.

Outside of the main WWE PPV that are important, I tried having less gimmick PPV’s.

Also, with my fantasy booking that I’m planning, I’m going for a brand split PPV schedule. 6 cross brand PPV and 6 brand PPV (3 for Raw and 3 for Smackdown).

The only reason I am doing is this is so that I could have more storyline and matches for people across both brands.

I have no idea what to do for June. I thought about doing King of the Ring and taking out one raw PPV, but I am not sure.

Easy answer for me: Billy Miller (Billy Abbott) with Amelia Heinlee (Victoria Newman) and Jason Thompson with Gina Toganoni (Phyllis Summers).

Billy Miller and Amelia Heinlee chemistry was just magical. The way those two light up whenever they shared the screen together was just great. And Jason Thompson had instant chemistry with Gina Toganoni version of Phyllis.

I just don’t know if the actors who played characters like Moses Winter, Faith Newman, Reed Hellstrom, etc, would return. They have been gone for so long and the show stopped caring for those characters.

I want them back, recast or not.. The show needs to put the YOUNG back in Young and the Restless again.

We need diversity for all types of ages. Elderly, middle aged, young, etc.

The show needs new stories and different characters if this show wants to continue.

The version of Patty Williams that we see from today doesn’t feel like the character from 5-10 years ago. And I understand the argument that claims that she was rehabilitated, but I just don’t agree with that excuse. Everything about her has changed.

From her looks (dressing fancy) to her mannerisms, she just doesn’t feel like the exact same character.

Sure, Patty had always had mental issues as she had her battles with Jack Abbott, Sharon Newman, and other characters in the past. But there was once a side of her that felt human. She wasn’t completely crazy like she is today.

And back then, we had characters like Paul Williams, Dylan McAvoy, and other characters within the Williams family that humanized her. They made her feel like there is a part of her that is sane.

Without those characters, Patty just doesn’t work in a way. She has gone completely psychotic and her actions on Friday when she stabbed Jack just shows that there is no redemption for her this time.

She’s gone completely psychotic and I don’t think the writers can go back and fix what they did with the character.

Which is a shame because I like Stacy Haiduk and think that she could’ve been a fun supporting character on the show, but the show failed her.

Josh tried to make Patty Williams a knockoff of Stacy Haiduk other character Kristen DiMera from Days and failed miserably.

I just don’t see her as a long term character. And the show should maybe get rid of the character once she is caught.

With all the drama that is happening on Y&R, it makes no sense that Genoa City has no active police or detective.

When I started watching the show back in 2011, I remember that the show used to do a lot of scenes in the police station or court room. But it’s like that doesn’t matter anymore.

Characters can do whatever and face no consequences for their actions.

The show can desperately use a character like Chance Chancellor.

Plus, I made a separate post about the character of Jill. She should be a main character again and there needs to be more connections with her since she is an OG character. All she has is Lauren and Billy.

Electra just comes off as annoying whenever she is with Will. She always find something to complain about.

Electra is just better off with RJ. Their dynamic feels more natural and tolerable.

Who’s going to save Jack? The show has no police officers. Characters can no longer pay for their crimes. There is no real consequences. Things are just happening without any rhyme or reason.

If Patty really loved Jack, she wouldn’t have stabbed him and I doubt that she will get punished.
