Preliminary, 4 dead and 40 wounded after Ukrainian drones hit the college dormitory and faculties, full of teenagers. People are being searched for under the rubble, but the rescue works had to be stopped because of the risk of repeating drone attacks

The AFU struck the dormitory of Starobelsk College in the Lugansk People's Republic

The building was attacked by four fixed-wing UAVs.

Additional details known at this time:

At the time of the attack, 86 children between the ages of 14 and 18 were inside the building.

The number of people under the rubble is unknown. Parents are searching for their children.

Due to the threat of a repeated attack, search and rescue operations at the site of the dormitory collapse were temporarily suspended;

Administrative buildings, shops, and private homes in Starobelsk were also damaged;

A man was injured in one of the private homes and received medical assistance.
