How do i stop thinking everyone hates me in school despite not actually talking to all of them?

Ever since 2022-2023 and now I always been thinking why does everyone hates me besides not talking to all of them,everyday I’m being look at by cars like I’m walking weird or doing something weird and people at my school always look down when walking by me or give me a bad look like I did something,I can admit I did some bad things like pushing friends away or being weird or texting people when they never told me they weren’t annoying and told me last second to stop texting them,how is that my fault they didn’t tell me nothing,I just feels like everyone tells other to hate me,all the time in gym I wanna play volleyball but since everyone hates me I sit down and watch,one boy look at me in window give a look when I was just knocking to get in,why does everyone hates me I wanna drop out

How can I slowly get comfortable and be myself towards new friends?

So school is going to start soon and I know once it starts I will be quiet and shy towards new people I talk over the phone during summer,and I don’t wanna bored them or make them uncomfortable by being me to quick,how can I build up this relationship
