what if feeling everything is not the obstacle, but actually part of why you came here?

A subject asked Higher Self about purpose and I expected some mission answer. Help people. Heal people. Teach something. Do some big spiritual work.

That was not the answer.

I will call her Nora. She had always felt a lot. Other peoples moods, joy, fear, sadness, everything. It could become overwhelming and she had spent part of her life trying to shut some of it down.

During the session she went back to what she described as “nothingness.” No body, no person, more like transparent energy or a wave. Peaceful, empty, floating.

When she became aware of Earth, what came up was strange. She wanted to feel more.

She wanted sensation. She wanted to experience something instead of nothing.

Later when Higher Self came through, I asked if all this sensitivity was connected with some mission to help other people.

The answer was basically no.

She helps people, yes. People may feel better around her, yes. But Higher Self kept saying that was not the job.

Her purpose was to feel it herself.

Sensation, love, life, sadness, grief. Feel all of it and be okay with it. Experience it.

That really changed the whole frame.

Because if you are very sensitive, human mind usually turns it into problem. How do I stop feeling so much. How do I protect myself from everything. Why am I affected by people. Why cant I be more normal.

But in this session the answer was almost opposite. Feeling was not a mistake in design.

It was part of the experience she came for.

Higher Self also said she didnt need to turn that into obligation. She didnt have to save everybody because she could feel them. She could let people come into her life, enjoy them while they are there, and let them go when they go.

That part matters because sensitive people often confuse feeling with responsibility.

I feel your pain, therefore I need to fix it.

I feel your fear, therefore I need to carry it.

I understand you, therefore I should stay.

Not necessarily.

Maybe sometimes the experience itself is enough.

Feel it. Learn from it. Let it move.

And then keep living.

“you did the best you could with what you had.” that is what came back when she apologized to her dead daughter

This part of a session got me because the mother didnt ask some huge question about universe or afterlife. She just wanted to say sorry.

I will call her Mara. Her daughter had died, and Mara was still carrying guilt about how she had been as a mother. She felt she had been too hard sometimes and repeated things she herself learned from her father.

During the Soul Journey we invited what she experienced as the wider soul, or Higher Self, of her daughter to come forward.

Mara immediately started apologizing.

“I’m sorry I wasn’t a better mother. I didn’t know how to be. I’m so sorry I was hard on you.”

The answer was very simple.

“I know, Mom.”

Then came: “You did the best you could with what you had. I love you, Mom.”

That was basically it.

No punishment. No list of everything she did wrong. No complicated spiritual explanation. When I asked Mara what she was aware of after that exchange, she said her daughter was at peace.

What I find interesting in these experiences is how often the dead seem to carry less judgment than the living person who stayed behind.

We can keep replaying every mistake for years. The sentence we should not have said. The years we were stressed. The times we reacted from our own wounds and only understood it later.

Of course love does not mean pretending harm never happened. Mara also understood something important. She had repeated some of her father's hardness and she did not need to continue that pattern.

But understanding the lesson is different from sentencing yourself forever.

Michael Newton described many life-between-lives subjects meeting loved ones and reviewing lives in a much more educational than punitive way. I see something similar again and again in trance work. The point seems to be understanding, not eternal blame.

Maybe forgiveness on the other side is sometimes much faster than forgiveness down here.

And maybe some people we are still apologizing to in our head already understood us long ago.

one childhood humiliation can keep running for decades after everyone else forgot it

There was one small childhood scene in a session that looked almost stupid at first compared with everything else that came up.

I will call her Maya. She was little, playing outside with other kids, and picked up something dirty because she honestly didnt know what it was. Her older sister saw her, got furious, pulled her ear hard and shamed her in front of the other children. The kids ran away.

When we stayed with that scene, what came up was not only pain. It was heartbreak and embarrassment. She had been having fun and feeling confident, then suddenly everybody was looking at her like she had done something terrible.

What surprised me was how long the reaction kept running. Adult Maya said she cared way too much about what other people thought about her. Small embarrassing things felt huge. She watched herself constantly because some part still expected humiliation if she did something wrong in front of people.

That is shadow work to me also. Not only finding some evil hidden part. Sometimes shadow is the little person who got pushed underground because being visible became dangerous.

The adult mind can say, come on, it was only one stupid childhood incident. But nervous system doesnt measure trauma by how impressive story sounds. It remembers what you felt and what conclusion you made.

For her the conclusion was basically: people are watching. dont do anything embarrassing. dont give them reason to turn on you.

We went back into that scene and let the adult part meet the child, explain what actually happened and allow the anger that was still sitting there to come up instead of pretending it was nothing.

I think many of us have these tiny scenes that nobody else even remembers, but some part of us built a whole personality around them.

If there is something you are weirdly sensitive about today, criticism, looking stupid, being laughed at, making mistake in public, maybe ask yourself when that feeling first became dangerous.

Sometimes shadow began in very ordinary place.

in trance she found something in her knee that looked like an Egyptian beetle

this was one of those session moments where I had no idea where it was going.

A subject was scanning her body in deep trance and found strange dense areas in the belly and left knee. When she focused closer, the forms looked like bugs. Then more specifically like beetles.

When one was pulled out in the experience, she said it immediately caught fire and transformed. The second one came from the knee. When I asked her Higher Self where this imagery came from, the answer was another lifetime and the beetles looked Egyptian.

What interested me more than the beetles was what happened to the rest of the system. She described these things almost like interruptions in a circuit. Energy would move and then hit a break. After they were gone she said the flow was better, but it would take some time to normalize.

There were practical instructions too. Movement. Exercise. Yoga. Fresh food. Basically help the body move again instead of sitting around analysing the strange part forever.

I have learned not to dismiss bizarre imagery just because human mind has no category for it. Sometimes the weird image is only the doorway. What matters is what it is connected with, why it appeared, and what changes when it is resolved.

Still... Egyptian beetles in a knee was a new one for me.

she kept asking how she could help more people. Higher Self said most of them just needed to feel seen

A subject kept asking a question I hear from many spiritual people: how can I help more? What should I learn next? What should I do with my gifts?

I expected some complicated answer about developing abilities or learning another healing technique.

Higher Self basically said she was already doing it.

People had been telling her this without her taking it seriously. Sometimes before a session even started, somebody would talk with her for a while and say they already felt different. Lighter. Happier. One person apparently went home smiling so much that her boyfriend asked what happened to her.

So I asked what exactly she was doing.

The answer was almost embarrassingly simple.

They need to feel seen.

Somebody listens to them. Somebody reminds them that they are loved, that they are valuable, that there is something good in them. Many people apparently go through enormous parts of life without really receiving that.

I liked this because spiritual work can become another achievement contest. More courses, another modality, another initiation, stronger psychic ability, another certificate, another technique. Then you start feeling that whatever you already are is insufficient.

Her Higher Self actually told her to stop worrying about what everybody else was doing. She did not need another business boot camp or some magical new qualification. Keep learning, yes, but trust what was already coming naturally through her.

There was another piece I liked even more. She asked how she could change her mother, sister and niece.

The answer was: work on yourself.

Let them see you grow. They have their own lives and choices. You dont have to drag them anywhere. Your own change already affects people around you in ways you may never fully see.

That feels much healthier to me than spiritual mission becoming responsibility for everybody else's awakening.

Sometimes helping is not doing something mystical to another person.

Sometimes somebody leaves conversation with you feeling a little more visible than when they arrived.

Maybe that was enough for that day.

she described a place where buildings appeared only when somebody intended them

One subject described a place in trance that made our idea of “manifestation” look almost painfully slow.

At first there was almost nothing there. Very clean, flat surfaces, strange architecture, beings dressed in beautiful long clothing. She described crystals and objects that seemed connected with protection or consciousness.

Then I asked about the buildings.

This is where it became weird.

She said they did not construct things the way we do. If somebody decided something should exist, intention itself started forming it.

I asked her to try.

She imagined a large majestic building.

And in her experience, it started rising in front of her.

When her attention was not on creating something, there was basically just flat space again. Form seemed to follow consciousness almost immediately.

Obviously I cannot prove that this was a literal civilization somewhere. It happened inside an altered-state Soul Journey and people can interpret these experiences in different ways.

But the contrast with human life interested me.

Here, intention is cheap.

I can intend to write book, change relationship, create business, heal old pattern, become more loving, meditate every day. Five seconds later physical reality is still sitting there looking exactly the same lol.

Maybe this density and delay are part of what makes human experience useful.

Here intention has to survive Tuesday morning.

It has to survive doubt, inconvenience, tiredness, somebody disagreeing with you, the body being slow, money being limited, and physical matter refusing to rearrange itself because you had beautiful thought for eleven seconds.

In the place she described, consciousness and form seemed almost adjacent.

Here there is distance between them.

And inside that distance we discover whether intention was really intention or only temporary preference.

I dont take this session as proof that if you visualize hard enough a Lamborghini should materialize in driveway.

Almost opposite.

It made me think that perhaps one reason creation feels slow here is because the process itself develops us. Intention becomes choice, choice becomes action, action meets resistance, and we keep deciding whether this is still what we want.

Maybe instant manifestation would actually remove half the lesson.

he got thrown from a moving truck and still worried more about lo

One subject remembered something from when he was about 16 that I think explains a strange thing people sometimes do after being hurt.

He had changed schools and badly wanted to belong. He had finally found a group of guys who seemed to accept him, and one day they were messing around with a moving truck.

He was riding on the back or roof of it. The driver swerved, he went flying onto the road and broke his leg.

Then everybody panicked.

They invented a different story about what happened because they were afraid of getting into trouble. Even his father knew something about the explanation did not make sense.

But he went along with it.

For years.

When we returned to this memory during a Soul Journey, I expected the broken leg to be the important part. It wasnt.

The important part was his anger.

He knew he was angry at them. But when I asked why he had pushed that anger away, his answer was basically: I dont want to be angry because I want these people to accept me as my friends.

That sentence got me.

He had been an outsider before. Finally belonging felt so valuable that anger itself became dangerous. If he admitted how badly they had hurt him, maybe he would have to confront them. Maybe the friendship would disappear. Maybe he would be alone again.

So it was emotionally safer to minimise the injury than risk the connection.

I think people can carry versions of this much later into life.

Someone betrays you and you immediately explain why they probably didnt mean it. Somebody crosses a boundary and you wonder whether you are being too sensitive. You get hurt and somehow your first concern becomes whether the person who hurt you will still like you.

From outside this can look irrational.

From inside a system that once believed belonging was scarce, it makes perfect sense.

Anger has a healthy function too. It can say something happened here that was not okay. It does not mean you have to hate somebody forever or act destructively. But suppressing anger only because truth might threaten connection can teach you to abandon your own side of the relationship.

Sometimes healing is not learning to forgive faster.

Sometimes first you need to finally admit: that hurt me, I was angry, and I was allowed to be.

she kept wanting to go back to her planet. Higher Self reminded her why she came here

A subject was tired of Earth. Not in dramatic way, more like deep homesickness. She felt connected with another place and wanted to go back there. Human life felt heavy, slow and full of responsibilities.

During the session Higher Self was surprisingly unsentimental about it.

She wanted an easy way out.

That was the wording.

Then we went back to the point where she chose to come here, and the emotional tone was completely different. She was not being forced to Earth. She wanted adventure. She wanted to experience love. She wanted to be a mother. She wanted to help people.

That contrast hit me.

From inside difficult human life, the original enthusiasm was gone from memory. She could only feel the weight of the assignment and the homesickness for somewhere easier.

I see a lot of spiritual people talking about wanting to go home, especially people who feel connected with other planets or dimensions. I understand it. But sometimes “I want to go home” can also become a spiritual version of avoiding the exact human experience we came to have.

Her guidance was not forget where you come from.

It was remember why you came here.

There is big difference.

he let his brother die to save himself. centuries later the promise was still running

In one session a subject went into another life where she was male and very close with her older brother. They were together when disaster struck at sea.

The brother was injured and slowing them both down. At some point he knowingly let go because he understood she would die too if she kept trying to save him.

She survived. Her brother and father did not.

The strongest thing was not the death itself. It was what she decided afterward.

I failed to save them. I will protect my family.

Higher Self connected that old promise with her present life. She could see people around her making choices that hurt them and something inside became almost obsessive about rescuing them. Even when helping was draining her. Even when the other person did not want to change.

From the present-life perspective it looked like over-responsibility.

From the other-life perspective it made emotional sense. Once, letting go of somebody was followed by unbearable survivor guilt. So now letting go felt like failure.

We released the old program in the session. The lesson was not to become cold or stop caring. It was accepting that other people also make choices and have their own path.

Sometimes “I need to save everybody” may not begin with generosity at all.

It may begin with a moment where you once could not save someone.

she heard her heartbeat echo through the universe and then said something I still think about

During one Soul Journey, a subject became aware of her heartbeat while lying on a beach in trance. At first it was just strong. Then she said she could feel the heartbeat in the ground around her.

A moment later her awareness expanded and she described being in the universe, with the heartbeat echoing everywhere. Her words changed. She said she was vibration, frequency, moving through the universe. Then it became: I can feel everything. I can hear everything. I am everything.

We stayed with that state and something funny came through. If consciousness already knows everything all the time, eventually there is nothing to discover.

The limitation is part of the game.

You enter a human life and suddenly you dont know. You have one body, one family, one tiny point of view, memory blocked, future hidden. Now choices matter because you cannot see all outcomes. Love matters differently because you can lose somebody. Courage matters because fear feels real.

I know this is impossible to prove from outside. I am sharing what unfolded in the session because I liked the reversal.

We usually think limitation is the problem spirituality should help us escape.

Maybe limitation is one of the reasons we came.

he spent years becoming more spiritual. then his Higher Self showed him the part of life he had left behind

One subject had built almost his whole adult life around spiritual work. When he described where he felt most at home, he immediately went to Tibet in trance and experienced himself like a monk. Alone, close to God, very little ordinary life around him. That energy felt completely natural to him.

Then something strange happened. A portal appeared, but instead of taking him to another temple or some higher dimension, it took him to dinner with a woman he had deeply loved when he was younger.

His Higher Self called the theme integration.

He had become very developed in one kind of love, the love of God, spirit, service, solitude. But another color was missing. Human love. Earthly relationship. Trusting another person. Letting somebody close enough that life becomes messy and not completely under spiritual control.

I found this interesting because we often imagine spiritual development as moving away from ordinary human things. Less attachment, less relationship, less worldly life. But in his case, the next movement was almost opposite. He had already learned how to be alone with God. Now he needed to learn how to be fully here as a man too.

Not replacing spiritual love with human love. Holding both.

Sometimes what looks less spiritual may actually be the missing part of wholeness.

after one human lifetime ended, she woke up as a black dog. the lesson was love and freedom

this one was funny to me because after all dramatic lives that can appear in sessions, she just became a dog.

I will call her Nina. She had just finished another human life in the session, left the body, floated for bit and then felt herself pulled somewhere. Next scene she was stretching and trying to understand what body she even had. Then she looked and said she was a black dog. Thats it lol.

She was almost ridiculously happy in this life. Cold and wet place, older man taking care of her, mountains, running outside, jumping into water. She didnt like staying inside much. At one point she went hunting with him and remembered smell of blood, maybe deer. Very physical life. Not much philosophy happening when you are dog and want to run.

At end of that life the old man was crying. She felt his sadness too, then left the dog body and said she felt very relaxed. I asked why she needed this life because usually there is some unfinished thing, trauma, lesson, something.

Answer was love and freedom.

Later when we got to Higher Self it made more sense. In current life Nina was putting everybody first all time and herself last. Higher Self said this dog life reminded her what unconditional love feels like and also simple joy. Not complicated joy where first you finish work, heal yourself, help everybody and then maybe you are allowed to enjoy something.

I liked this because there was basically no big spiritual homework. Run around. Love this old man. Go into water. Be happy to be alive.

And honestly this is why I dont really like idea that animal incarnation must automatically mean punishment or going backwards. At least this session didnt look like that at all. It looked more like consciousness wanted a very simple kind of experience that human life had made complicated.

Of course I cant prove from one trance session that humans reincarnate as animals. Could be memory, symbolic material, something else. But sequence was interesting because human life ended first, she stayed conscious after death for a while, and then she experienced entering this dog life directly after it.

Also the dog had something current human Nina was missing. Freedom without guilt. She wasnt trying to be useful every minute or figure out purpose of universe. She wanted outside, movement, water and the person she loved.

Maybe we make reincarnation too much like school grades sometimes. Human is higher, animal is lower, next life must be promotion etc. I dont know if consciousness cares about our ranking system that much.

Anyone here ever remembered animal life in regression, meditation or spontaneously? Especially one that seemed to happen after human life? I am curious how it felt to you.

after leaving the body, the betrayal was not what bothered her most

This was not an NDE. It came during a deep trance Soul Journey, so I am sharing it as an STE because the part after death was what stayed with me.

The subject entered another lifetime as a woman living mostly away from town. She worked with plants, remedies and things people around her would probably have called dangerous or forbidden. She had already learned to keep that side of herself hidden because she felt the townspeople could turn against her.

Then she met a man who seemed genuinely interested in her. She had been alone for long time and wanted to trust somebody, so she told him much more than she normally would. During the experience she slowly realized he was not as genuine as she first believed and had another agenda.

What followed pushed her into fear and eventually she left everything behind. She rode away, found another town and made herself ordinary. She found work where travelers stopped, cooked and served people, told almost nobody about her past and kept thinking that eventually she would return to the life that felt true to her.

But eventually became more than 20 years.

She was safe there. That was the strange part. Nothing terrible was happening anymore, but she still lived as if danger was right behind her. She described herself as comfortable but not happy, much older now and regretting that she had stayed so long because fear convinced her it was too late to leave.

Finally she did leave. She went back to the old isolated house, cleared away what had grown around it and began living more according to herself again. She stayed there until she was very old.

Then the session moved to the moment after death.

From outside the body, she did not focus mainly on the man who betrayed her or on what the townspeople had done. What she felt most strongly was how many years she had spent not being true to herself after the danger was already over.

When I asked what the purpose of that lifetime had been, the answer was very simple: dont live in fear. Fear will keep you limited. Be careful with people and trust your instincts, but dont let fear decide the whole life.

Later, when Higher Self came through, the reason for seeing this lifetime became clearer. The same pattern was active in the present life around being seen, being heard and not being accepted.

I keep thinking about the perspective shift after death. During life, the betrayal looked like the major event. From the wider perspective, the bigger loss was all the living that stopped afterward.

Maybe this is one reason life reviews and after-death perspectives can feel so different from our normal human judgment. We focus on what was done to us. From the larger view, another question appears: what did we allow that event to decide about the rest of our life?

her Higher Self told her to stop hoping for the best

One sentence from a Soul Journey stayed with me because at first it sounded almost wrong. She was talking about doing her work, helping people and hoping things would turn out well. Higher Self corrected her: not hope for the best. Have faith.

The explanation was simple. Hope keeps part of attention in future and says maybe things will work out, maybe they will not. Faith is different. Faith says I will do what I can now, fully, and trust that this is enough for this moment.

That does not mean sitting on sofa waiting for universe to fix everything. Quite opposite. She was told to do her best, take care of her own energy, not burn herself out, and then stop trying to control the whole outcome.

I liked this because human mind loves future bargaining. I hope this happens, I hope they change, I hope money comes, I hope I heal, I hope my path becomes clear. There is always tiny bit of not yet inside hope.

Faith brings it back to now. What can I actually do today? What do I already know inside? Where am I forcing, and where am I draining myself because I dont trust that enough can be enough?

Higher Self kept bringing her back to trust in her own being, not blind trust in some external authority. That distinction matters to me. For me spiritual awakening is not becoming more dependent on signs, predictions or somebody else's certainty. It should make you more present, more grounded and more able to hear what is already inside.

Do your best today, then let today be enough.

she escaped the danger. then spent 20 years hiding in a safe life she hated

She lived alone in the woods, worked with plants and helped people quietly. She knew townspeople would not understand what she was doing, so she kept it hidden.

Then she trusted one charming man too quickly.

He seemed fascinated by her work. She told him everything. Soon authorities came, accused her of witchcraft and locked her up. He later admitted he had given them information because he wanted approval from his father.

She escaped, but this is where story became much more interesting to me.

Instead of going back to life she actually wanted, she disappeared into another town and made herself ordinary. She worked serving travelers, blended in, told people almost nothing about herself and stayed safe.

For more than 20 years.

Nothing terrible happened there. That was the problem.

She was safe and comfortable, but not happy. She kept thinking that eventually she would return to her real work. Eventually became years. Fear had done its job so well that even after danger was gone, she was still living as if danger was present.

This came during a deep Soul Journey I facilitated. At the end, Higher Self connected that whole life with her current fear of being seen, being heard and not being accepted.

I see this pattern in different forms. Sometimes what we call personality started as protection. Dont be visible. Dont trust. Dont say too much. Dont risk being different.

Protection can save us in one chapter and quietly imprison us in next one.

In that life she finally returned to the old place and started living according to herself again. Looking back after death, biggest regret was not that she had once been betrayed. It was how many years she gave fear after betrayal was already over.

That stayed with me.

Sometimes healing is not becoming somebody new. It is noticing which parts of life are still organised around danger that is no longer here.

not every recurring place needs a symbol dictionary

when same location keeps appearing in dreams, first instinct is often to decode it. House means self. Water means emotion. Forest means unconscious. Maybe. But I think we can make dream interpretation worse by deciding too early that every object must be symbolic.

A subject I will call Anika had a recurring dream about a specific place. She did not understand why this place mattered, so during deep trance she asked her Higher Self about it. The explanation she experienced was surprising: the scene was connected with a point about three years in her future, where she would meet an important person.

When waking life eventually reached that moment, she recognized the place from the dreams. In that case, interpreting every wall, road or object as psychological symbolism would have missed the main thing. The location was useful partly because it was recognizable.

This is why I like to separate description from interpretation. First write exactly what happened. Where were you, what was stable between versions of the dream, what changed, what emotion was there, what did you know without anyone telling you. Only after that ask what it means.

If a place repeats, I would test at least a few possibilities. It can be symbolic. It can be memory. It can be a recurring inner sanctuary or altered-state location. It can be connected with trauma. And yes, sometimes it may be future-oriented preparation or precognition.

The useful question is not “what does a house mean on Google?” It is “why does my consciousness keep taking me to this particular place?” That moves authority back toward the person having the dream instead of a universal dictionary.

You can also return to the scene in meditation and ask one clean question without feeding it an answer: what are you showing me? Then notice first impression before analytical mind starts building a theory.

dream interpretation gets much more interesting when we stop assuming every dream is speaking in code. sometimes it may be showing something almost literally, and our need to symbolize everything is what makes it complicated.

you can think abundance all day while the body keeps saying no

I think manifestation gets very strange when mind and body are voting for opposite realities. I will call the subject Ivana. She was worried about financial stability and asked her Higher Self what was blocking more abundance and support.

The answer was not another technique. It was basically that she was thinking about abundance so much that she was not actually feeling supported. Mind could repeat prosperity, money, better future, but the body still tightened around uncertainty and kept asking when, where, how much and from whom.

Her Higher Self guided her toward something simpler: feel that support is available, feel worthy to receive it, and stop trying to solve every route in advance. That does not mean ignoring bills or pretending current numbers do not exist. Human part still does practical things. It means not making the nervous system live inside future scarcity every hour while the mouth repeats abundance.

There was a second part that I think manifestation discussions sometimes miss. She was also told to use more of her actual talents and skills, to show up where they were useful and let exchange happen. Not overgive until empty. Not hide at home waiting for universe to discover her either.

That made the whole thing feel much more balanced to me. Receiving and giving are a flow. If I say I want opportunities but hide what I can do, there is no doorway. If I give everything away for free from guilt and exhaustion, I also teach myself that receiving is somehow wrong.

So instead of adding 200 more affirmations, I would check what happens in body when you imagine the thing already here. If money arrived, would you feel relief or guilt? If people paid you well, would part of you think you are greedy? If success made you visible, would you suddenly worry about judgment or responsibility?

That reaction is useful information. You dont need attack it. Feel it, let it speak, release what is old, and then take one practical action that matches the reality you say you want.

for me manifestation is not only convincing mind. receiving has to become safe enough that when a door opens, you can actually walk through it.

after death, the conversation she wanted with her father was painfully ordinary

one of the most emotional afterlife meetings I have facilitated had almost nothing cosmic in it. No questions about dimensions, reincarnation system or what the universe looks like after death. A woman I will call Adele was guided in a Soul Journey to meet the larger being connected with her deceased father, because their relationship still felt unresolved.

When she came close to him, the first thing she said was: “All I wanted was for you to tell me that you love me.” His response in the experience was immediate. He told her he did love her, apologized, and said he knew she had needed to hear it.

Then more of his side came through. He described being angry during the human life because he felt powerless and believed he had not been given enough time to fix things. He wanted to make things better and could not. That anger had hurt her, and in the meeting he acknowledged it.

What got me was what happened after all this. Adele told him she loved him too and said it did not have to be perfect, she just wanted to hear the love. There was no complicated spiritual teaching hidden behind it. The unfinished thing between them was almost embarrassingly human.

I dont share this as laboratory proof of what happens after death. I share it because this is how the contact unfolded inside the session, and because I have seen many people assume that if communication with someone who died is real, the message should be spectacular. Sometimes the thing that matters most is exactly what could not be said properly while both people had bodies.

There was also something important in how she understood him afterward. Seeing his own powerlessness did not erase the pain he caused her. It gave a wider view of it. She could understand his battle, receive the love she had wanted, and stop needing the human relationship to become something it never managed to become.

For me this is one of the beautiful possibilities of afterlife work. Death may end the human role, but it does not necessarily mean every relationship is finished at the exact emotional point where the body stopped.

sometimes the next conversation is not about secrets of universe. sometimes it is simply: I loved you. I am sorry. I wish I had done better.
